Using Clark’s Cribs was honestly life-changing for me! Buying a beautiful Cabin and listing it on Airbnb always sounded like the coolest idea, but I never saw it as being a reality because I didn’t know the area, was too busy with work to try and find a good deal, and didn’t even know how to get started. About a year ago I remember finding a cabin in a different part of the country that I wanted to buy and found a good deal, but didn’t feel comfortable pulling the trigger because I would be going in blind to everything about an investment property and this whole new world I knew nothing about. Clark’s cribs solved all those issues for me and honestly went above my expectations. He helped find me a cabin that I loved, hooked me up with a lender and helped me through the process since this was my first investment property, helped connect me with workers to even renovate the cabin, connected us with reliable cleaners, handyman, and everything we have needed to allow our investment property to be successful. We have been up and running for close to 8 months now and it has been super successful! I don’t give reviews often but I asked Dylan if I could leave one for his business because of how valuable and helpful he has been for the past year as we bought this property and got it started. Using Clarks Cribs is worth every single penny, you definitely won’t regret using them I can promise you that!
